Natalie is 9 months old!

Tonight is the first Friday of the new year! Guess what I am getting into tonight?! Yeah, it's almost 9 pm and I am about to put my butt in bed! Natalie has been asleep for about half an hour, and I am crossing my fingers that she stays asleep in her own bed tonight. The hubby is out at the hunting camp, planning on waking up and getting me a deer! =P
Yesterday I was able to clean out both freezers, and they look amazing! I realized we didn't have much meat left and I said "OH NO!" We live off of our deer meat. We actually ate through two deer the last year, and that means we need two for this year! Especially if I continue with this budget, I WILL NOT be able to afford meat!
I also cleaned out from under the bed, which surprisingly didn't have much under it! I am beginning to think that we really don't have a lot of things, just not enough room for the things we have.  I will have to admit, that I didn't do anything today! Okay, by anything I mean no cleaning. I did make dinner for Lolly and the kids, and washed dishes. =) That chicken pot pie was AMAZING!
TODAY::::: Is Natalie's 9 month birthday! She is growing up so much, I really can't believe that she is 9 months old!! This time 5 years ago do you think that I would be married with a beautiful baby? Okay, yes I figured I would be married with a kid. but you never really think it's actually going to happen! I have an amazing husband with an amazing family, and an amazing daughter. I have an amazing life! I wouldn't change anything in my amazing life.
I mean look how perfect she is?! I love her to pieces!

Until next time.

Back to my lists!

Alright yesterday was filled with a bunch of nothingness. I had a pounding headache almost all day, Natalie slept a lot, and we had our "good luck" meal at the in-laws. I mean, all in all a good day, but I didn't make any lists, I didn't clean anything, (besides some dishes) and I definitely didn't teach Natalie anything. *boo* OH! I did write some thank you notes and made a memory jar. While writing said thank you notes, Natalie got into the dog food twice, one of which time she ate it. YUCK YUCK YUCK! But hey! There may be some kind of nutrition in it right?! RIGHT?!

Anyway, today is a new day! I have my things to do list ready, and the kids are blocked off from the dogs, er I mean the dogs are blocked off.
Here is my list:
  • 15 minute clean of the bedroom(s)
  • 15 minute clean of the bathroom(s)
  • clean out the freezers
  • clean from under the beds
  • do at least one load of laundry
  • watch Hooked on Phonics with the littles.
  • start a grocery list (we have NO food)
  • finish writing Thank You notes
  • Find 7 things to get rid of. (Throw away, donate, yard sale box, or list them for sell)
Yes, my list is long today, but I am hoping my sister will be coming to help watch Natalie. =) The whole cleaning of the house, won't be so bad once we get through the first month. Then I will just have my 15 minute clean ups to do every day. At least, that is the plan.

Well, the babies are eating choking hazards. Until next time.

Happy 2014!

Happy New Year! Last night was so much fun! We were able to see one of Lee's friends that we haven't seen in a few years, and then watched the ball drop with my amazing in laws. I absolutely love that Lee's brother and our sister in law lives right across the street! It definitely comes in handy when needing to get ready for a New Years party!
I am curious to know what everyone's resolutions and goals are for the year 2014?! I have to say for myself, I can't really think of anything great!
I would like to get closer to the Lord, I would also like my marriage to become even stronger than it already is. I married a really great guy! We are planning to have another little one, and I am so excited! Because of this, I don't have a goal of losing any particular amount of weight or anything. My goal for Natalie is to start walking soon! *crosses fingers* As well as stop eating the leaves! =)

Before I go any further I want to look back on yesterday! I did get my refrigerator cleaned out, and this is something I apparently need to do more than once a year. :0
This was my before picture. (I had already started on the door before I remembered to snap a picture.)
Lee makes sure that we don't keep a lot of food we don't need in there so it wasn't too bad, but bad enough. Natalie kept busy in the Tupperware cabinet.
Until it was basically empty, then she was done. =) She gets bored easily like her Mommy.
I am not too sure what all of this was- but there were some dead bugs. It was gross! Never think to clean under the drawers!
The end result! =) Nice and clean, and empty. I did throw quite a bit away that was expired. Lee got home and said : there is no food in here! Yeh, I think it's time to go shopping. ;/ But I am happy with my results. I am suppose to do the freezers today, but I feel like if I start cleaning, that is all I will be doing the entire year! I will wait until tomorrow. =)
Natalie decided to get started on the party early and get into some Bud Light Lime. Hey- she was keeping busy!

Our day yesterday was filled with all kinds of fun, and messes...

She decided she was a big girl and got her snacks down herself- at least she cleaned up after herself. (For the most part) Good thing for our little hoovers.

We ended the night with a glass of champagne and fun! Happy New year to you all! Until next time!

Day two.

Today is the day I hope to get most if not all of my Christmas decorations put back in their rightful places, until the next Christmas season! Lee wasn't able to get my boxes down, so I am hoping that when Lolly comes over I will be able to do it.

I don't have a very long "to do" list today, and it's probably because I can't really think yet of what all I want to get done. Maybe I will do some other things and write them down (like they were already there) =) Here are Day two's things to do::
  • Two loads of laundry (or more)
  • Clean out refrigerator
  • Get down boxes
  • Call dr.
  • 15 minute quick clean of Kitchen
The 15 minute cleaning of the kitchen will probably either take longer than 15 minutes, or be done before my 15 minutes is up. I like to keep most of the area clean, and all of the things on the counters right now can probably just be thrown in the trash! Although, I do have my little here with me today, so it will all depend on how she eats her breakfast.

I've decided another thing to add to my routine in the mornings, or nap time, or maybe even before I go to bed. I want to read the entire Bible. In the back of the book that I am reading "The Bare Bones Bible Handbook" by Jim George- it has a daily reading schedule for the entire year.

I've read through maybe Leviticus before and never made it past that point. This was, however, when I  was at an overnight Church thing when I was like.. 12. So, I wish to be able to make it past that and further this year! Tomorrow will be the start, of course. If anyone would like to join in, maybe we can be accountability partners. Let me know!

Until the next time.

Day one update

Alright while waiting on Natalie's clothes to finish drying, I have to brag that I have finished all of the items on my list of things to do (that I can do at home) and even did a little more! As I mentioned yesterday, I got a new van, *insert happy dance* and I just got some things into it! Want to see pictures?!

This is all of Natalie's things. The top pocket has an extra bib, and spoon. The second pocket has an extra bottle and formula, Kleenex, and mini lotion, body wash and shampoo. The third pocket has two diapers, thing of wipes, diaper rash cream, diaper bags, and hand sanitizer. The fourth and final pocket has an extra change of clothes, socks, burp cloth and an extra shirt for Mommy. =) I am sure I will put more things in there, or will need another organizer. Here is my box::

This has all of the things I may need. Trash bags, napkins, note pad and pen. A pack of gum, jar of baby food and sippy cup (okay, that is really for Natalie) There is also a little bag for Mommy's personals, and some toiletries that you never know if you'll need. And those things on the right side are two extra diapers for Bella, ( one of my littles.) Isn't it just perfect!? I've also gotten a bottle of Febreeze and thing of snacks in the back of the van.
Here is what it looks like right now! =) Of course everything is subject to change, depending on what all I find at T.J Maxx today!

Here are my envelopes, nothing exciting, but I am hoping they will help us save some money! Lee and I each have our own 2014 envelopes. One that goes from week 1 to week 26, and the other from weeks 27- week 52. On the backs I wrote each week number, and will check when we put that amount of money in the envelope. I have the same set up with the Christmas fund.

I am so excited about the organized van!!! We will see how long it lasts, and how handy it all comes in. =) Will let you know! Until next time!

Day one!

Alright, so here starts day one of my lists, and routines, and all of the fun stuff that I actually plan to do today! =)
I made my weekly goals yesterday, and they are just some things that I wanted to get finished, now that they are all written down, maybe I will actually get them DONE!
I have also sat down this morning and wrote out my daily goals for today! Want to know what they are?! It isn't anything crazy or anything like that but I am excited to have them written down and *cross my fingers* they all get checked off!
Things to do today::
  • Finish Natalie's Laundry
  • Put all clothes up
  • Do my New Year's and Christmas envelopes (Will explain later)
  • Sweep/mop all hard floors
  • Take a walk to the park (in Natalie's new wagon!)
  • Go to T.J. Maxx
Like I said; nothing crazy!
The envelopes will be fun though, my plan for the year of 2014, is that every week we put money into envelopes to "save" and for our Christmas fund for next year! I have made out a budget for myself as to how much I can put into the Christmas fund every week, I will put that set amount into an envelope marked "Christmas 2014" once I get so much in that envelope I hope to go and put that money on some type of gift card where I know I will shop for Christmas gifts. That way when Christmas time comes around, I won't be going loco when it's time to shop!
The 2014 envelopes will be a weekly thing as well. Except each Friday, we will put in so much money (ie the first week we will put $1 in the envelope, the second week we will put in $2)
So every week, we put that amount of money in the envelope!
I am wanting Lee and I both to put money in each week, so we each have some fun spending money at the end of the year, or in case we need to have money for say...a new baby maybe??
Will post pictures when I finish! Until next time!

The New Year is coming.

The New Year is upon us, and it's time for many a changes. I've just recently purchased a (new to me) van. A 2009 Chrysler Town and Country. I will need to be coming up with a name for said ride soon! =) I've also decided I need to start some new routines. Yes, I have a routine with the littles, but I need something more that I can make myself get up and do on a daily basis. My first thing on my routine list is blogging!!
I still don't know all the ends and outs of all things blogging, but I am willing to learn. Slowly but surly I hope to know more and more.
Another thing I hope to add to my routine is some type of daily devotional. Lee recieved a Bare Bones Bible Handbook for Christmas, and we've sat down and read some already, but he isn't really big into it all. I believe I will begin to read it by myself and have a 10 minute reading to start my day.
I also LOVE making lists, and have found that I should start writing daily goals down and see how much I am able to get done. I can not wait to start a New Year and see all of the things that are going to happen! Maybe a new little one will arrive during the year?! Oh! what fun would that be! =)
